After your 3-month minimum, you can cancel with a 30-day notice.

No, we want you to take full advantage each month. Services must be used within the month.
Can I gift or share my membership?
No. Memberships are non-transferable and for individual use only.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included in membership pricing but is always appreciated.
Do I get to choose my stylist or service provider?
Yes! Your membership tier determines your stylist level. For spa, you may select from our available providers.
What if I want more than what’s included?
Members always receive 10% off any additional services or upgrades.
