Panache Guarantee
It is our heartfelt desire that every guest leaves our salon feeling and looking their best! If you are not 100%
satisfied with your service and you communicated your desires very clearly during your consultation, please let us know
within 72 hours of your service and we will happily provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for us to
redo the service.
A redo is scheduled exactly like a regular appointment and is provided at no charge. We ask that the redo is booked
within two weeks of the original service and is scheduled with the same stylist who provided the service. However, if
you feel that the original provider cannot perform the service, please discuss with us and an exception can be made.
Deposit Policy
Due to the lengthy nature of the appointment, we require a $100 deposit for balayage, Brazilian Blowout, Keratin
treatments, lash extensions, or any other appointment over $150. The deposit is applied to the service at checkout and
is nonrefundable if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the service.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 24 hour Cancellation Policy. If you need to cancel or change your appointment time, we require at
least 24 hours notice to do so without charge. If your appointment is rebooked or cancelled within 24 hours of
the appointment time, you will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Panache is not responsible for damage to personal property.
While our team does our best to work as neatly as possible there are
times color may get on clothing, or water may touch your clothes or shoes. While this does not happen often, we
cannot be held responsible for damages to clothing during a service.
Green Circle Environmental Sustainability
We have an Environmental Sustainability Fee of $2.oo for combined service tickets under $25 and $3.00 for all other
combined service tickets.
Through our partnership with Green Circle Salons and to further live our Aveda mission, we redirect what was once
considered garbage out of our water streams and landfills to be repurposed into innovative green solutions. All hair
clippings, extensions, any excess color and developer, papers and plastics, foils, aerosol cans and color tubes, and
all spa rubbish from Panache is collected by GCS – effectively cutting down our salon’s total waste by 85-95%!
No Animals

Environment – Children
guests, we kindly ask that children be left in the care of a loving adult, unless receiving a service.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide a calm and comfortable atmosphere for
everyone.
Payment Policy Update – Effective June 15
payment policy:A 3% processing fee will be applied to all credit and debit card transactions beginning June 15.
This fee helps offset the rising costs associated with card processing and allows us to maintain our service
standards.
We gladly accept cash and personal checks, and encourage these methods to avoid the fee.
