Everything!! The pampered nature in which they treat guest. Loved the room I waited in while my hair processed….dark room with waterfalls and refreshments. Most of all, I enjoyed my stylist, Huey. I LOVE my hair color and cut!!! And she suggested hair products that made a huge difference! Very positive experience.
