What is a membership?
Our memberships are designed to reward our most loyal guests with monthly services, exclusive perks, and built-in savings, while making self-care easy and consistent.
How does billing work?
Your card on file will be charged automatically each month. Easy, seamless, and no surprises.
Can I cancel anytime?
After your 3-month minimum, you can cancel with a 30-day notice.
Do services roll over?
The color membership services do not roll over if not used within the month. However, the body and facial memberships do roll over if not used within the month!
Can I gift or share my membership?
No. Memberships are non-transferable and for individual use only.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included in membership pricing but is always appreciated.
Do I get to choose my stylist or service provider?
Color memberships are valid with our Level 1 and 2 stylists. If you prefer to see a higher-level specialist, your membership credit will be applied to the service and you simply pay the remaining balance at checkout. For spa, you may select from our available providers.
What if I want more than what’s included?
Members always receive 10% off any additional services or upgrades booked the same day.
